I'm a Navajo/Diné artist, currently based in Indiana, who loves drawing, designing, and creating fantasy characters! I am currently working part time while planning to attend art school within the next few years!

Your Usage RightsUpon receiving your commission, you have the permissions to :» Freely post the commission on your social media and/or website/streaming channel, or use a cropped version as an icon, wallpaper, etc. with the inclusion of crediting me.
» Print the commission for personal, non-commercial use. I will provide you a print quality (300 dpi) digital file of your commission once it is complete and payment has been received.
» You may not solicit the commission as your own work.
» You may not reproduce, repost, or resell the image(s) commercially.
» My works are not allowed to be used as NFTs, used on the blockchain/blockchain technology, be changed/adjusted by machine learning or derived technologies, or for derivatives of my works to be created through the use of above-mentioned technologies.My Reservation of RightsI retain all rights for the image that I have not expressly granted above, including, but not limited to :» Retention of the copyright for the produced image. This includes preliminary sketches and concepts, as well as the right to use the produced image in my portfolio, and share it online on social media. Please be aware, this does not mean I have any copyright over your own IPs, just that I retain the rights to the work I produce, and that I may share it at my own discretion.
» I will not work with hateful, racist imagery or inappropriate/explicit imagery involving characters under the age of 18. This is non-negotiable.
» I reserve the right to refuse any commission request at my discretion.Preliminary Work and RevisionsTo give you the best commission possible I ask for feedback during the drawing process, so that I can ensure your illustration is exactly what you’re looking for. I will maintain contact throughout the commission process, but to give you an idea, here’s how it will work :» I send you a single sketch for you to review. You can then request one series of edits that I will adjust, free of charge! Once you have approved the sketch, I will begin work on the final illustration.
» At the completion of the final work, you can request one final series of edits that I will again adjust free of charge.
» I ask an additional fee, to be negotiated separately, for more edits or major changes to the final commission. This fee will also apply if you want a complete re-do/you'd like me to make a different sketch.Cancellations and Refunds» If you need to cancel BEFORE I send you your sketch, I will refund the entire commission because no work was done.
» If you need to cancel DURING the sketch phase, I will refund half of the commission price.
» Once a commission has been COMPLETED, no refund will be available.
» If you do not reply within 30 days of receiving drafts or work in progress pictures, I consider the commission cancelled. In this case, already paid money will not be returned/refunded.
» As the artist, if I have to cancel a commission for any reason a full refund will be offered.Paying for a commission means that you have read and accepted the information and terms stated above.
